What I can help with

Every plan is built around you. These are the things people bring most often.

  • Understanding your ADHD

What’s really going on in your brain, why some things feel impossible, and how to work with it instead of against it.

  • Starting and following through

Getting going on the things that matter, and getting them over the line.

  • Systems and routines that stick

Simple tools for your days and weeks that still work on the messy ones.

  • Focus, time and priorities

Knowing what matters most, protecting time for it, and getting deep work done.

  • ADHD at work and in leadership

Managing ADHD as an executive, founder or manager: meetings, email, leading a team, and whether and how to talk about it at work.

  • Confidence and self-trust

Keeping promises to yourself again, one small win at a time.

My process

Eight weeks to lasting change. Everything we do is grounded in behavioural science research, and built around you.

  1. Before we start

    Free, 30 minutes

    A free call

See if we’re the right fit.

Tell me what’s going on and ask me anything. If I’m not the right person for you, I’ll say so.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Understand

Know exactly what’s getting in your way.

We map how ADHD shows up in your work and life, find your patterns and strengths, and agree where you want to be.

    Builds confidence

  3. Weeks 3 to 6

    Build and test

    Systems that fit your brain.

We design them around you, based on the research, and test them in your real week until they work.

    Builds self-reliance

  4. Weeks 7 to 8

    Own it

Run it yourself, with me in your corner.

You plan for the busy weeks and the bad days, and leave with a plan you’ll keep using.

    Builds autonomy and ownership

My aim for you

Lasting change

Everything in the eight weeks builds you towards four things that stay with you long after we finish.

  • ConfidenceYou have faith in yourself again. You start, and you follow through.
  • Self-relianceYou manage your symptoms yourself, and get back on track on the hard days.
  • AutonomyYou run your days your way, with systems built for how your brain works.
  • OwnershipIt’s your plan and your progress, so the change lasts.

If you’d like to carry on together after that, we can. But I don’t think you’ll need me.

Could Access to Work help?

It’s a UK government grant for support at work, and you don’t need a diagnosis to apply. My guide walks you through it.

About me (and Albus)

Hi, I’m Rav. And this is Albus.

I’m a business psychologist and behavioural scientist. I trained at INSEAD and the London School of Economics, two of the best places in the world to study how people and organisations work.

I run Ducora, where I train organisations like the NHS to use behavioural science to get the best outcomes for their teams.

Being diagnosed with ADHD changed my life. Helping others with it has become a huge part of my purpose.

For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals and organisations with ADHD. I coach people one to one, deliver training and keynote talks, build neurodiversity and business resource groups, and design programmes with psychiatric clinics to support patients with ADHD.

Now I coach entrepreneurs, executives and working professionals to close the gap between what they know and what they do.
