A free Discord for every kind of neurodivergent brain. Somewhere to take the mask off, be yourself and find your people.
- Diagnosed, self-identified or still figuring it out, you’re welcome
- Focus rooms for body doubling, and a kind place to vent
- Free, and it always will be. No sales, ever
No pressure. Have a look around, say hi if you want, leave whenever you like.
Why I made it
Everyone needs somewhere to take the mask off.
During one of the hardest times of my life, I found a free support group for people with ADHD.
For the first time in a long time, I felt safe. I could stop pretending and just be me. I don’t say this lightly: that group got me through it.
Masking all day is exhausting, whatever kind of brain you have. We need people who see us for who we are, and accept us for who we are.
So I made a place like that for all of us. It’s free, it’s kind, and it’s yours.
- No sales, everI will never sell you anything in there. I won’t even post my videos.
- A safe spaceShort, kind house rules, every kind of brain welcome, and a vent and support channel for the hard days.
- Body doublingHop into a focus room and get things done alongside other people. Cameras optional, no talking needed.
- Come and go as you likeNo pressure to post. Chat, lurk or take a break whenever you need to.
- I’ll be in there tooSometimes for a body doubling session, sometimes just to say hi.
What’s inside
A few cosy corners, so it never feels like one big noisy room.
Introductions
Say hi and tell us a bit about you. Only if you want to.
Wins
Big wins, tiny wins, finally-replied-to-that-email wins. They all count.
Focus rooms
Voice rooms for body doubling. Say what you’re working on, then get going together.
Hyperfixations
Share whatever your brain is obsessed with this week. Nobody will judge.
Pet pics
Albus will be there. Mostly in photo form. Mostly asleep. Your pets are very welcome too.
Vent and support
For the hard days. Somewhere kind to let it out, with support links pinned at the top.
How to join
Tap the button
It opens the invite in Discord. If you don’t have an account yet, making one is free.
Read the house rules
They’re short and kind. Mostly: be nice, and look after each other.
Say hi (or don’t)
Pop a hello in introductions, or just have a look around first. Both are fine.
Pull up a chair.
Masks off, slippers on. Every kind of brain is welcome, it’s free, and it always will be.
